This four-bedroom luxury home features a terrace surrounded by lush gardens, a private pool, braai area, and a fire pit where guests can sit around to relax and socialise. Best of all, a stone’s throw away lies a beautiful beach where visitors can enjoy gazing at the aqua-blue sea and seemingly endless, pristine white sandy beaches, or can sit for hours without seeing another soul, soaking up the sun, or enjoying a good book.

 

The stretch between St Lucia and Cape Vidal is simply breathtaking, and what makes the village truly unique is the abundance of wildlife in the area. Sightings of Elephants, Monkeys, Rhinos, Waterbuck, Impala, Nyala, Kudu, and a host of others are common, and many lucky visitors have even been graced by leopard sightings while driving around at night.

 

However, the town is most famous for its hippos which can be seen standing in the grass on misty mornings, roaming freely, or grazing around the village greens as they have done for centuries.

 

St Lucia is also a bird-lovers dream, with many incredible species found in the area, including the Pink-backed Pelican, Yellow-billed Stork, Spoonbill, Whiskered Tern, and the African Fish Eagle. People travel far and wide to view these magnificent birds.

 

Our wonderful live-in housekeeper and gardener are there to attend to visitors’ comfort and help with daily cleaning, making beds or even preparing the fire on request.
